National Library of Scotland, Invented in Scotland
From the National Library of Scotland website... "Without the digestive biscuit, civilisation would surely crumble. Author and historian Allan Burnett offers an irreverent, lively and robust discussion of inventions featured in the Library's new exhibition."

Organiser Martin, Colin and George all attended the talk and were dismayed to find many free seats which other Knights could have occupied. This aside, the topic of Scottish inventions was very well and entertainingly presented. The same three Knights met with Dave, Derran, Neil and Steve in the Bow Bar where usual Cape chat ensued, accompanied by a few a few convivial beers. All-in-all, a very pleasant January Manor.
