Pitch 'n' Putt
It's that time of year again, pitch and putt in the Meadows. Get your clubs and balls out!

Gordon made his annual appearance with Dez, Martin, Colin, Terry, Mark, Phil and Steve at the Pitch 'n' Putt Manor at Bruntsfield Links: a pretty good turnout. The usual antics were very evident with some claiming 'a hole in one' but most narrowly missing parked cars... And the odd person. Phil stayed in the Golf Tavern to 'look after the bar' while the remaining Knights battled it out for the Wee Laddie trophy, long since donated by the inimitable Sir Prestonpans. It came down to a three-way play-off (or was it two-way) with potentially Colin, Dez and Gogs (the excitement took the better of me: I've forgotten). Suffice to say, Dez wrested back the Wee Laddie and will, for the next year, have him in pride of place in his trophy cabinet. Knights dodged the quiz night in the Golf Tavern and headed down to Bennets for a night cap which included some nice whisky.
