Cultural Crawl
The annual Cultural Crawl around Edinburgh during the Festival. We may take in a free show or two.
Knights and guests are requested to gather at the George Square ticket office.....Sir Meadows has suggested this (can't be any worse than my choice last year.....or can it!!!)

Colin's report on the Sept Cultural crawl manor as recorded in Cape minutes – a good turnout of knights met early afternoon at the Southside where very mediocre comedy was on offer, next port of call – the pear tree where 2 live lively bands played in the beer garden. The captains bar followed with the ususual assortment of crusty folk musicians. The cowshed in the cowgate, which only opens during the festival provided excellent music from blues rock band with Oasis influences. Sir rownanlea joined the now quite merry group of knights. Onwards to bannermans, then the white horse where stand up comedy was on offer from Lloyd Langford (could be a name to watch out for) who provided the best entertainment of the day. Thereafter things went steadily downhill. Thanks to Sir Napier for procurement of haggis and fish suppers before evening disappeared in a haze involving no1 high st, tollbooth and finally the kinderkin.
