Fergusson Pilgrimage
The traditional visit to Robert Fergusson's grave to remember a member of the old Cape Club.
Meet in the Tolbooth Tavern between 19.30 and 20.00. We'll leave at 20.00. Guests welcome.

Knights met in the traditional spot of the Tolbooth Tavern and sauntered to Robert Fergusson's graveside via his statue outside the Cannongate Kirkyard. It was a typically wet and windy Edinburgh evening so Steve limited his reading of Sir Precenter's poem Auld Reekie to a couple of verses as a tipple was poured. Knights then enjoyed a convivial evening courtesy of the Cannon's Gait (where there was live, traditional Scottish music) and then The World's End (where live whisky was poured) and then Whistlebinkies... probably a convivial hostelry too far.
