Informal Meeting (Happy New Year)
Come and wish companion Knights and friends of the Cape Society a Happy New Year.

The same crowd of New Year revellers as last year met in the Malt & Hops on The Shore in Leith for another bunch of New Year tales and a few libations. Phil was delayed by a senile-sojourn to the Scotch Malt Whisky Society where he kindly booked a table for the assembled company! Helen put in top-attending-effort having only arrived back from celebrating Hogmanay and her son's 40th birthday with family in Cancun the day before. Anne was straight out of the bevvy-trap and on the pints of wine (admittedly with plenty of ice ;) ) (also like being up 'the glen' with Neil, Ian and Bruce) and there was plenty of Modern Mega Manor, haggis, Burns, Aarhus and other chat on the go. All super-convivial.

Thanks to the select crew who congregated to wish Cape Knights and Cape friends a Happy New Year.
